Q. What is an e-ticket?

A. An e-ticket is an event ticket sent to you through email, and it is printable at the end of placing your transaction through our website.

Q. How will I receive my tickets?

A. You will be emailed your ticket confirmation, which you will be able to print off and show at the entrance to your event to gain entry. You can also print your ticket at any time by logging in to your account area at ChilliTickets.com. We strongly advise that you also take your payment credit/debit card.

Q. Once I get my e-ticket what do I do?

A. Simply print out your emailed e-ticket confirmation and take that to the event with the payment card used to purchase the tickets. The event organiser will cross check the details with their records and you will gain entry.

Q. What are the benefits on buying tickets in advance?

A. Buying ticket in advance provides many benefits such as: Cheaper than the on the door price. Guarantees event entry. Queuing is minimised.

Q. Will the entry prices to an event ever change?

A. Sometimes event prices will change during the course of their listing. Booking tickets as early as possible is advised as events prices tend to increase when close to sell out and/or nearer to the event date

Q. Are there any additional bookings fees when I buy online?

A. Booking fees will be applied to only a small number of events and these will be clearly displayed. However, we try our utmost to prevent booking fees needing to be charged.

Q. How long will I have to wait till my e-ticket confirmation arrives?

A. As soon as your credit card is authorised you will get receive your e-ticket confirmation.

Q. I am trying to pay but my credit card keeps getting refused?

A. Double check the details your are entering and re-submit your card. If it is still failing, contact your credit card supplier for further information.

Q. Can I get a discount if I buy lots of tickets?

A. From time to time we will offer discounts for group bookings of over 6 people. Please call 0871 855 30 69 to talk to one of our sales agents, or email info@chillitickets.com.

Q. How many tickets can I buy per event?

A. You can by an unlimited amount of tickets from the website as long as they are shown as available.

Q. Is there an age limit to the events you sell tickets for?

A. Any age restrictions are event specific and are highlighted next to each event so please be sure to check this before purchasing.

Q. I did not receive and e-ticket confirmation, what shall I do?

A. Call us on 0871 855 30 69 or email info@chillitickets.com, and we will arrange the confirmation to be resent. This can sometimes be due to an incorrect email address being entered during purchasing.

Q. Will I need a paypal account to buy tickets?

A. NO. All credit card transactions are managed without paypal making it easier for you.

Q. I am an event organiser and would like to add my event onto your website.

Q. Do you promote and organise your own events?

A. No. Chilli Tickets is simply a service which acts as an online sales agent on behalf of event organisers and promoters.

Q. Can I pay for my tickets by cheque?

A. Yes. Once the funds a cleared on our system we will send your e-tickets with a receipt for payment.

Q. How will the venue know who I am?

A. The venue or promoter is provided with the details of everyone who has purchased tickets for their event and will check at the door. As long as you take your e-ticket email confirmation with you, entry will be granted.

Q. I wish to cancel my ticket purchase.

A. Providing the event organiser agrees, a refund will be granted minus any booking fee per ticket. The booking fee varies depending on the event and ticket price.

Q. Is there a charge for reserving a table?

A. ChilliEat will not charge you to reserve a table through our service. This is a free service available to all our customers.

Q. Can I get special offers on reservations?

A. If the restaurant you have chosen has any special offers available you will see a "View All Available Promotions" box at the top of the form. Click this to view what is available.

Q. Can I choose a specific time?

A. Yes, once you have chosen your restaurant youwill be prompted to choose the time and date of attendance.

Q. Can I make a reservation over the phone?

A. Yes you can! Call us in the Chilli office on 0901 099 0159 and we can help you make your reservation.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?

A. In your reservation order confirmation you will find a cancellation link, please follow the instructions from this email.

Q. What happens if I don't turn up?

A. Your table will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes, if you do not turn up your table will be given to another guest.

A. The hotels are ordered in a price ascending format - the cheapest hotel per person will be at the top of your results list.

A. If you are searching for a hotel near a specific venue, then the hotels will be ordered by the closest distance then price.

Q. Can I cancel my hotel booking?

A. Should you need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, you should advise Superbreak immediately with your ChilliHotels reference number (by telephone or email). Cancellations made directly with the hotel will not be effective.
